Movement
More ways to move. More reasons to return.
I used to organize much of my training around building muscle. I am now asking a wider question: what kind of movement do I want this body to carry through my life?
Running & endurance.
Running is becoming part of the direction I want to explore: pacing, effort, consistency, and the experience of moving beyond the gym. I want to document that learning without turning every outing into a test.
Yoga & mobility.
Yoga and mobility give me a different way to pay attention to my body. This part of TransSculpt makes room for range of motion, balance, practice, and the days when doing less is the right choice.
Strength that supports the rest.
I am not abandoning strength. I am changing its role. Instead of organizing every week around getting bigger, I want strength work to sit alongside the other movement I value.
A routine is a response, not a contract.
Training changes with time, energy, access, goals, and the phase of transition I am in. Here I document those decisions rather than sell one routine as the answer for every trans woman.
When I publish a training note, it belongs to a dated chapter. Earlier hypertrophy plans will remain part of the archive, clearly separated from what I am doing now.
