Fitness, transition & the changing body

A body in transition. A practice that evolves.

TransSculpt is my record of fitness as a trans woman: running, yoga, mobility, strength, surgery, and recovery. Not a plan for a perfect body. A practice that changes with the body I have.

The body changes. So does the plan.

I started TransSculpt with questions about strength, shape, and feminization. Those questions still matter. But the project has grown beyond building muscle or measuring what changes in the mirror.

Now I am making more room for endurance, flexibility, recovery, and the movement I want to keep in my life. Surgery belongs in that story, too: preparing, taking time away, healing, and deciding what comes next.

A wider practice.

Running · Yoga · Mobility · Recovery · Maintenance strength

I am shifting from a hypertrophy-centered routine toward running, yoga, mobility, and strength maintenance. I still care about how my body looks. I also want to explore how it moves, what it can sustain, and what makes movement worth returning to.

As I prepare for the next part of my transition, recovery is becoming part of the plan rather than a pause outside it.

Find your way into the project.

Movement

Running, yoga, mobility, and strength as a changing practice, not a fixed identity.

Surgery & Recovery

Preparation, time away, healing, and the return to movement, told without a comeback deadline.

Body & Transition

Hormones, body composition, food, dysphoria, and the limits of what the numbers can explain.

I am Kenya. This is an ongoing project.

TransSculpt began because I wanted a different relationship with my body. I am writing from inside that relationship, not looking back from a finished transformation.

I share what I notice, what I change, and what I can support with evidence. My experience is specific. It is not a standard every trans woman has to meet.
